Research center
31In December 2014, the Research Center “Development” of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance was established. This center operates under the charter.
The Research Center "Development" belongs to the structure of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance, organizes and conducts research work in the priorities of science and technology. The center is not a legal entity and its activities are carried out on the basis of voluntary public initiatives.
The research center "Development" is headed by a teacher with a degree from the faculty staff of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance. The center's membership includes professors and student youth from the Turkmen State Institute of Science, who are passionate about science.
In accordance with the stated purpose, the Center has the following tasks:
- conducting thorough and significant research in accordance with their scientific fields;
- coordinating and keeping in touch with faculties of higher education institutions of the country and foreign countries on thematic research;
- analysis of fundamental and experimental research in Turkmenistan and abroad on the priorities of science and technology;
- publication of research results (thesis, scientific articles, monographs), introduction to the educational process, development of scientific and methodological materials;
- holding seminars, conferences and other scientific events;
- establishing and developing international scientific relations;
- Involvement of faculty, students, graduate students and other specialists of the Institute in research work;
- commenting and reviewing scientific and research work, acting as an opponent, providing scientific advice;
- other functions within the organization and implementation of research work.
The purpose of the Research center “Development” is to carry out research, development and implement innovative research programs and projects aimed at ensuring the rapid development of the economy.
The results of the research work on the topic "Economic and mathematical models and methods of optimal production efficiency determination (on the example of the construction sector of the national economy)" in the Research Center for Development An integrated indicator for the evaluation of economic efficiency was submitted to the “Ahalgurlushyk” production association of the Ahal region municipality and received a Certificate of Use.
Currently, the center is conducting research on the topic "Innovative solutions of system-dynamic models of optimization (on the example of the fuel economy of the national economy)".
The scientific theme of the center is registered at the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.
